Please call 30 minutes early to coordinate the pick up of your car. You do not have to go to the parking lot.
To deliver your vehicle at the departure terminal (T2), you must enter through the EXPRÉS car park, take an entrance ticket (to control the time the vehicle stays inside) and park your vehicle. A driver in yellow and black uniform will pick it up.
It is VERY IMPORTANT to arrive at the airport terminal at the time agreed on the reservation for your vehicle's delivery, because if you arrive earlier you might have to pay your stay at the car park for exceeding the time of 15 free minutes.
We suggest you NOT to access the EXPRÉS parking through the TELETAC lane. If you do it and you exceed the time of 15 minutes, the fee will be charged to your teletac account.
On your way back, you must go to the same point where you made the delivery, that is, at the departure terminal. Once you have your vehicle, you will be given a ticket to leave the parking lot free of charge.
For your vehicle's collection, you must be at the meeting point at the time agreed on the reservation, to not exceed the time of 15 free minutes.
If the delay is your responsibility and you exceed the maximum time, you must pay the parking fee.
