20 minutes before arriving at the terminal, you should call the number indicated in your reservation so that the driver can come to the terminal and proceed with the collection of the vehicle. On your return flight, you should call the number as soon as you have landed. Drivers wear a maroon shirt with the Parking Plus logo, black or khaki trousers and a grey jacket with the Parking Plus logo. For Terminal 4 flights, the driver will wait for you between gates 5 and 6. For Terminal 1 flights, the driver will wait for you at the gates in the middle of the terminal.
