As this is an automated garage, you must check that the vehicle meets the following conditions:
Height: 2 m, length: 5.25 m, width: 2.20 m.
Weight: 3,000 kg. Minimum space between the ground and the trolley: 10 cm. Maximum load per wheel: 625 kg.

Your vehicle can only be fitted with roof racks if they are integrated. If you have a roof rack or if the roof bars can be removed, you must remove them before entering the vehicle.
If your car is a large Land Cruiser, a large Mercedes Vito, an Audi Q7 with extras or a Range Rover Vogue, you must find an alternative, you will not be able to access the car park.

This parking is inside the limited traffic zone ZBE Madrid 360.

Madrid 360 Low Emission Zone is a restricted area where vehicles without an environmental label cannot circulate. You can only access it if your vehicle has a 0, Eco, B or C label. If you go to the ZBEDEP Distrito Centro or Plaza Elíptica on your arrival the car park will manage the authorization to enter and leave the car park without being fined.

Please note:

- High pollution protocols may also affect the transit of vehicles with labels B and C.

- From January 1st 2023 vehicles without an environmental label will not be allowed to circulate on the M30 and from January 1st 2024 they will be banned from the entire municipal territory of Madrid.
