The Núñez de Balboa car park invites its users to enter an exclusive and different car park, in a personalized tribute on the occasion of the 500th anniversary of the discovery of the South Sea.
El Núñez de Balboa is a luxury car park in the heart of Madrid, equipped with video surveillance cameras, ready to host artistic, commercial or social events.
The car park is located in the Salamanca district, a very well communicated area, only 10 minutes walk from the WiZink Centre, Retiro Park and Plaza de Colón, 5 minutes from the Núñez de Balboa metro station (L5 and L9), has 24-hour closed-circuit television (CCTV), vehicle entry and exit control, integrated audio system, manual vehicle washing... and offers a rate per minute, daily vouchers and monthly subscription.
Madrid 360 Low Emission Zone is a restricted area where vehicles without an environmental label cannot circulate. You can only access it if your vehicle has a 0, Eco, B or C label. If you go to the ZBEDEP Distrito Centro or Plaza Elíptica on your arrival the car park will manage the authorization to enter and leave the car park without being fined.
Please note:
- High pollution protocols may also affect the transit of vehicles with labels B and C.
- From January 1st 2023 vehicles without an environmental label will not be allowed to circulate on the M30 and from January 1st 2024 they will be banned from the entire municipal territory of Madrid.
